Paper Presentation

A paper presentation is a way to organize and formally convey research findings, ideas, or information. It often involves writing a document (a paper). To further clarify and reinforce the content in the paper, the presentation may additionally incorporate visual aid, such as a slide show. A paper presentation's objectives include knowledge exchange, debate, and feedback from peers and subject-matter authorities.

We are conducting the presentation in offline. For online participants Google Meet link will be provided before. 

Submission guidelines for paper presentation

1. Submission of abstract (in a word document) for not more than 200 words, before 9th April 2023 to the mail ID: srmxion2023@gmail.com.

2. Based on the peer reviewing of the abstract, papers will be selected for presentation and will be communicated through the same mail.

3. The selected participants should be present on campus on 11th April 2023

4. The presentation should be at a maximum of 7 minutes

5. There will be a 3 minutes query and answer session following it.

6. The oral presentation should be in the form of PowerPoint slides that contain the brief of your paper, with a minimum of 10 slides and a maximum of 21 slides

7. All team members should be present during the presentation (There will be an interactive session with the judges after the presentation)

8. The selected participants should submit a copy of the paper with the abstract at the beginning (including references, tables, and figures)

9. The recommended fonts are: Title Fonts: Times New Roman, 14 font size, bold and underlined, left alignment; Sub Title Fonts: Times New Roman,12 font size, Bold and justified alignment

10. Team can have a maximum of 4 members
